HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE | |
Key Responsibilities: | |
a) | Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions – including payroll matter, staff recruitment, staff benefit program, HR/Admin related correspondence and documentation, HRDF & etc |
b) | To perform HR operational & Administrative task that include attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement , Liaising with Government Department or Non-Governmental Dept. for matter such as licensing, permit, land & premise assessment, etc and any other Agencies as and when required |
c) | Manage the development and implementation of training courses identified and budgeted to meet the needs of the business as well as employee development |
d) | Maintaining an efficient work environment and to provide support and advices employees on HR/Admin related matters as and when needed |
e) | Able to handle tasks assigned and allocated by management from time to time |
Requirements: | |
a) | Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Admin or similar field |
b) | At least 1-2 years working experience as HR/Admin practitioner or similar role |
c) | Fresh graduate also are encouraged to apply |
d) | Basic knowledge of Labor legislation |
e) | Good Organization Skills |
f) | Good computer skill (Word, Excel, etc) |
g) | Good communication skill , verbal & written (English & B. Malaysia) |
h) | Pleasant personality and a team working personnel |
