SDSB was incorporated on 3 May 1990 and has been in the business of property development (i.e. property developer) since 1995.
SDSB is also an investment holding company having SBSB, BSSB and MASB as its subsidiary companies, collectively referred to as the SDSB Group. SDSB has already completed the following projects since 1995:

2. Sinmah Builders Sdn Bhd ("SBSB") | ![]() |

SBSB was incorporated on 13 July 1996 and has been in the business of property development (i.e. main contractor for development projects) since incorporation. SBSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SDSB and operates as the main contractor for all projects undertaken by SDSB, BSSB and MASB. It has contributed in defining the reputation of the Group by its stringent adherence to quality and service provision. SBSB is registered with CIDB with G7 grade. |

3. Budi Saja Sdn Bhd ("BSSB") | ![]() |

BSSB was incorporated on 23 April 2013 and has been in the business of property development (i.e. property developer) since 2018. BSSB was acquired by SDSB on 13 January 2019. BSSB is currently developing a piece of freehold land in Grisek, Muar measuring about 55.24 acres, into 446 units of residential and commercial properties with a gross development value of RM190.60 million. This project is called Taman Gambir Perdana, which is divided in four phases. Phase 1 comprises 120 units of residential and commercial properties, of which 93 units are residential properties and 27 units are commercial properties. Phase 2 comprises 165 units of residential properties. Phase 3 comprises 120 units of residential properties. Phase 4 comprises 32 units of residential properties. As at 30 September 2022, all 93 units of residential properties in Phase 1 have been completely built and fully sold while the commercial properties are about 50% built with 4 units sold to-date. For Phase 2, 28 units of the residential properties have reached 90% completion with 25 units sold to-date. The other 137 units in Phase 2 are at its initial stages of construction with 6 units sold to-date. Phase 3 is at its initial stages of construction with 40 units sold to-date. Phase 4 has not been launched yet. |

4. Meadow Assets Sdn Bhd ("MASB") | ![]() |

MASB was incorporated on 10 March 2014 and has been in the business of property development (i.e. property developer) since 2018. MASB was acquired by SDSB on 13 January 2019. MASB owns a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 3.1374 acres and situated in Mukim Bukit Baru, Melaka. This piece of land is intended to be developed into 188 units of apartment with a gross development value of about RM102.67 million. This is held for future development or sale depending on the situation. |
